Hi, all this critique is only my own opinion so don't mind.

Thing that more than anything else killing my eyes is brush that you used on her blouse. I don't tell that you shoud blend everything, but still if you use some hard brush you need to keep drawing clean, so shadow and light part would create correct form of object. So track gradations more carefully.
Hairs. Try by first make basic curls with big brush and then go to smaller ones. After this You need to separate curls in shadow from curls on light. Only then you can go to make small curls and only few separate hair so there wouldn't be mash.
Thing about lightning. You chose nice light but did it wrong. Light is above miku so under here nose, eye brows, lips and chin should be darker shadow. Less light on he stomach also needed, 'couse of her breast. And of course light between her legs is too powerful.
What I really like is her ankles, there is really nice brush strokes. Think you should training more in rendering your characters so they would have more correct form.
